On Sunday 8 July between 5am and 8pm, RealMe experienced a service issue that affected a small number of customers who created a RealMe login or made changes to their RealMe account.
The underlying issue has been fully resolved. We can assure you that this issue did not affect customer security or privacy in any way.
If you created a RealMe login on Sunday 8 July, or made changes to your existing account, you may have seen an error message when logging back into it again. In a very small number of cases, some people might need to re-enter information.
